Review generation and reputation for a chiropractic practice
This is the cheapest lever you have and the numbers say so. Half of all practices sit at 15 reviews or fewer, 44.6% are under ten and 20% have none. Only 21.3% have crossed a hundred, and that is roughly where map pack winners live in a competitive town.
Chiropractic has the best natural review opportunity in healthcare. You see the same person twelve to twenty-four times, and by visit three or four they usually feel meaningfully better. That is the moment to ask, in person, before the visits become routine, with a text carrying the direct link sent within the hour.
The limits are real. You may ask. You may not publish a patient name or any detail from their care, and you may not reply in a way that confirms someone was treated here. Your standing response, for good reviews and bad, thanks the person, states that privacy prevents discussing individual care, and invites a phone call. Never offer anything of value in exchange for a review.
Two weeks in, working looks like a request going out after visit three, a tally per staff member, and a reply drafted for every review inside a day.
