Analytics and reporting for a chiropractic practice
One number matters in this trade: cost per booked new patient by source, sitting next to what those patients collected. Everything else on a marketing dashboard is decoration.
Getting that number requires two things most practices skip. The front desk records how every new patient found you, as a required field, which costs ten seconds. And each channel gets its own tracking number with recording, so "we got forty calls" turns into thirty-one new patients, twenty-two booked, six vendors and one wrong number.
Then it gets matched against your own records: who showed, who started a plan, what they collected at ninety days. This is where accounts get rebuilt, because a campaign producing cheap calls and no plans loses to one producing expensive calls and twenty-visit plans every single time, and cost per lead never shows it.
One handling rule. The reporting holds counts, sources and dollars. It never holds names, conditions or anything pulled out of a chart.
Two weeks in, working means one page, updated weekly, that you actually read.
